The recent identification of a star cluster containing a Sun that radiates light 10 million times greater than our own Sun and has a mass 300 times the size of our sun and source of light, calls for us to exercise our mental muscles while trying to further embrace the reality of the limitless nature of creation.

It is difficult to conceive of sunlight 10 times brighter than our wondrous light-giver in the sky.

But 10 million times greater!

While astronomers may be concerned with the origin of these mammoth stars, most of us are faced with getting our minds around the facts of their existence.

And perhaps we should be giving a few minutes of thanksgiving that such a power and heat capable of annihilating life on earth, remains far distant in the cosmos.
